SIKAP PASIEN TERHADAP DaGuSiBu OBAT DI APOTEK KOTA BANYUWANGI

Abstract

Stand for Da “Dapat Obat dengan Benar” (obtain medication ) Gu “Gunakan obat dengan benar” (use Medication Correctly) Si “Simpan Obat dengan benar” (Store medication Correctly) ang Bu “Buang obat dengan benar” (Dispose of Medication Correctly). DaGuSiBu is a programa improving public health wich is carried out by pharmaceutical personal to enchance community understanding and awareness regarding the correct use of medication. Insufficient public knowledge related to proper medication management can lead to undersirable outcomes, such as irrational use of the drugs. This study aimed to assess patient attitude toward DaGuSiBu in Banyuwangi City Pharmacy. Thys study employes a quantitative observational method with a questionnaire. A total of 191 respondent were selected using quota sampling. The result indicated  that most respondent exhibit a good attitude with 113 repondent (59,14%) and 78 respondent (40,83%) rated as having excellent attitude. The researcher concludes that most respondent have a positive attitude. However some respondent need more favorable attitude toward obtaining and storing medication correctly. Therefore further education on getting and storing medication properly is necessary
