Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Dusun Mondoluko Desa Tamansuruh Terhadap Penyimpanan Obat di Rumah

Drug storage is the activity of placing and preserving medicines in a location considered safe from physical damage that can reduce the quality of the medicine. Drug storage at home may pose various health risks; expired or damaged medications may degrade lose efficacy, and potentially cause harmful side effects. In addition, medications may be accidentally consumed by children or misused by irresponsible individuals, increasing the risk of misuse. The purpose of this study is to determine the knowledge level of the Mondoluko Hamlet community in Tamansuruh Village about medicine storage at home. This research is descriptive observational research. Data collection was conducted using a cross-sectional technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The respondents in this study were 90 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The knowledge level of the Mondoluko Hamlet community Tamansuruh Village, about medicine storage was as follows: 27 people (30%) had poor knowledge, 50 people (55.6%) had moderate knowledge, and 12 people (14.4%) had good knowledge. It can be concluded that the majority of the Mondoluko Hamlet community Tamansuruh Village had a moderate level of knowledge about medication storage at home.
